The City of Carthage Fireworks Ordinance remains in effect as follows –
New Years Eve – 10:00am -1:00am
New Years Day – 10:00am-10:00pm
July 4th – 10:00am-10:00 pm
Christmas Eve 10:00am-10:00pm
Christmas Day 10:00am-10:00pm
All other days and times are prohibited. And if you are caught shooting before or after designated times you can be fined up to $1000 or receive 6 months jail time or both.
